How we make money

Stackovia may earn commissions when a reader buys software through some links. That is a possible funding path for a discovery site. It is not the opening line of the business, and it is not why a tool appears here.

Some work is paid directly: business solutions for companies choosing software, and B2B work with SaaS companies entering European markets. Editorial and paid work are separate on purpose.

If a page includes affiliate links, it will say so. If a page is sponsored or otherwise paid, it will be labelled. We will not invent a leaderboard to make commissions look like research.

Editorial policy

Affiliate relationships do not determine rankings, category placement, or the tone of a review. When we publish a comparison or a “best of”, the criteria will sit next to it.

Until those pieces exist, we will not fill the gap with fake winners, scores, or medals. Example tools on this site are examples names readers already meet in the market not Stackovia verdicts.

Corrections are welcome at the editorial address. We would rather update a page than defend a sentence that stopped being true.

How we evaluate software

The question is not “what is best.” It is “what fits this job, this team, and this constraint set.”

When reviews and comparisons ship, they will use a published set of criteria: fit to the job, time-to-value, integration with a realistic stack, pricing clarity, and whether the product can be run by the people who have to run it. For Sweden-first pieces, localisation and how the tool is actually sold here will matter.

The Finder is a transparent heuristic from your answers. It is not an AI, and it is not an editorial ranking. It points at a category and a fit band, then explains why.
