Legal
Terms & Conditions
These terms cover use of the STACKOVIA website: software intelligence, discovery, the Finder, Insights, the newsletter, and the pages for Business Solutions and SaaS companies.
Updated August 2026
01
Who we are
STACKOVIA is an independent software intelligence and discovery platform, with Sweden as its first market hub. The site is published in English while that library is built.
Legal entity name, company registration, and a registered address will be published here when they are confirmed. Until then, contact hello@usestackovia.com. Do not treat this page as an Impressum with invented numbers.
02
What the site is
Stackovia publishes category destinations, a Software Finder questionnaire, Insights, a newsletter (The Stackovia Brief), and information about Business Solutions and work with SaaS companies. Some of that library is live. Some of it is labelled forthcoming on purpose.
Editorial pages and paid work are separate. How we make money, how we evaluate software, and the editorial policy live on How We Evaluate.
03
Not advice, not a verdict
Content is for general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or procurement advice, and it is not a promise that a named tool will fit your company.
The Finder is a transparent heuristic from your answers. It recommends a category and a fit profile. It is not an AI, not a ranking, and not an editorial “best of.” Example tools are names readers already meet in the market not medals.
04
Affiliate links and commercial relationships
Some links may be affiliate links. If you buy through them, Stackovia may earn a commission. That does not determine rankings or category placement. Sponsored or paid placements, when they exist, will be labelled.
Business Solutions and work with SaaS companies are offered separately from editorial. A conversation is not a contract until both sides agree in writing.
05
Your use of the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt it. Do not present Finder output, forthcoming labels, or example tools as Stackovia certifications.
If you submit an email newsletter or a message to an inbox you are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for not including information you are not allowed to share.
06
Intellectual property
The STACKOVIA name, lockup, and the site’s original writing and design belong to Stackovia unless a credit says otherwise. You may link to public pages. You may not copy the site as a product, or republish articles as your own.
Product names used as examples belong to their owners. Mention is not affiliation, except where a partnership is stated.
07
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available. We do not warrant that it is uninterrupted, complete, or free of error especially while category guides, comparisons, and reviews are still forthcoming.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stackovia is not liable for decisions you make after reading the site or using the Finder, or for losses that arise from third-party products, affiliate programmes, or destination websites.
08
Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms. The date above is the latest version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the updated terms.
Stackovia is Sweden-first. Governing law and venue will follow the published legal entity. Until that entity is listed, questions about these terms go to hello@usestackovia.com.
